No sarcasm, this is definitely the correct call. Tech every time. You could argue paolo is coming under him but he can hang with his body extended and no tech... The second he does a pull up swinging mothing and extended hang its a tech, good call. There has to be a line somewhere unless you want to change the rule, which I'd be fine changing the rule but this is not on the refs this ones on Tatum imho.
