I thought that being on the Lakers was just a toxic environment for him and playing alongside LeBron was holding him back. He just needed the freedom to "cook"

Yeah. Lakers were also paying him 40 million a year while Clippers have him on a dime. Show me Westbrook on the Clippers at 40 million as well.
