I had no idea she was running for governor until she made headlines today. Newsom is term limited and 2026 will be his final year. Think her chances are better in this one than when she ran for Senate.

I still think that Gaza serves as a litmus test. If someone is wishy washy on it - as porter has been - they are not going to be a good progressive voice

Who is that? Idk anything about this person how are they going to win when I a person who is constantly watching left wing politics and never heard of them?

Well I would start with his website. https://www.ramsey4gov.com/

I do think the idea of "how are they going to win" is part of what makes electoral politics so problematic, but you can make your own interpretations after you understand his background and platform.

I didn't look into her positions - but I had heard that Toni Atkins was progressive on environmental issues. She dropped out tho.
Villaigoroso, becerra, and yee are the biggest names on the Wikipedia entry. Not sure on their positions.

Who is that? Idk anything about these people how are they going to win when I a person who is constantly watching left wing politics and never heard of any of them? These people need to win over 15 millionish voters
