I'll never forget my dad taking me for a drive when I was 11 to tell me that he went on newgrounds and saw "lots of f words on there" and it wasnt a website i should continue visiting.

But I knew that my dad saw hentai and had successfully repressed it into nothingness lmfao

i too had someone warn me of the "dangers" of newground, tbh...I probably never would have found that site had they not told me
