It's a pollutant because it's polluting, not because of a designation.

If they stop production and capture the excess, it won't be polluting anymore.

This is not politics, it's grammar.

Pretty sad the folks going around claiming to be champions of common sense don't even understand a extremely basic concept like "the dose makes the poison".

I mean I'm all for humanity, but at the same time I wish they'd just get to the Kool aid part quicker. I'm ready to move on. I have no desire to live in Gilead.
