His documentaries, especially his TV show, were a bit on the questionable side, but I'm sorry he died so young.

Wonder if McDonald's gave him cancer?
Most likely it was alcohol. It's known to cause some types of cancer.
His insinuation that McDonald's caused liver damage in his documentary was pretty questionable especially when it came out that he'd failed to mention his severe alcoholism.

Wow, 18 years old. Born as a result of puppy milling, then put into a shelter after the mill was shut down. I would not expect a dog born in those circumstances to be as healthy as to live for that long. The owner obviously took very good care of them and I'm sure they lived a very happy life.
Sad.

turns out that he felt shitty not because of the food but because he was alcohol detoxing at the same time of his mcd experiment.
I will agree fast food isn't good for you, but at the same time it's also not going to do what spurlock portrayed. just take a look at the workers who have been at a place for more than a few years.
The funny part is he admits in the documentary that his own brother told him the whole thing was bullshit. He told him (correctly) that there are people who eat McDonalds every single day of their lives.

In order to maintain his health, he doesn't eat french fries and walks six miles a day.

Seriously, I have to wonder though if people like this are bankrolled in some way by fast food to offset the negative publicity they get. Then they (under privacy laws) must offset this stuff privately with their doctor.

He was the real cautionary tale of the doc, that level of "Hail-corperate-my-identity-is-consuming" is just sad.
