Just a crazy idea and throwing this out there to see what other people are thinking: some if not all games of the In-season games should be played in neutral cities. I know that many people are skeptical about it but playing these games in a neutral city would make it interesting for the fans and a good experiment to see if some cities are ready for if and when the NBA decides to expand. Since the In-season tournament is only played on Tuesdays and Fridays and there wouldn’t be any implications for the playoffs there wouldn’t be much repercussions for the players or the league. As I mentioned before this would be a big win for fans that don't have teams in their cities.

I’d pick 10 cities in both the East and West Coast, the East Coast being: Louisville, Nashville, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Virginia Beach, Montreal, Tampa, Cincinnati, Buffalo, and London. For the West Coast: Seattle, Vancouver, Las Vegas, Mexico City, San Diego, Kansas City, El Paso, Austin, Honolulu, St. Louis.

I am interested in people's thoughts.

I remember going to KC/Omaha Kings regular season games they played in St. Louis. The attendance was really good but it never helped get a team back in St. Louis. They just used it to extract a deal and eventually move to Sacramento.

The nets and Cavs will be playing in Paris in January. Any of them wanna trade for Fournier before then?
