Have some fun with a bunch of Boimler clones.
First thing that came to mind was just getting to say bye to my grandpa, who got sick and passed away before I had an opportunity to visit. I know it wouldn't really be him, but I think it would be good for me to be able to get that closure.
After that, I'd probably go do some of the crazy fun stuff other folks are suggesting.

Boring perhaps but loads of experiences that are impractical IRL:
- Rally and circuit racing
- Flying various aircraft
- Explore non-Euclidian spaces
- Combat sports
- Perform cool roles in musical theatre
- Unload a barge like in those viral videos
