4 years is about 435 new obsessions time.
I hope they manage to milk the franchise faster than that. Maybe a mini series or something?
Just enough for people to forgot the OG plot and then watch it again before the sequel.
Why can't things just exist on their own? Jesus fuck, sequels shit on the original, everytime.
It was a fine movie. It ends nicely, bad guy defeated, lessons of trusting friends, self acceptance, etc etc learned. Put a bow on it perfect little package.
Soullessly trying to carve more money out of it with a sequel just ruins it.
Eh, they left plot points open for the possibility of a sequel in the first movie, such as who the parents of the lead singer could be since she's half and half.
Could lead to a "I am your father/mother" starwars moment .
You mean you're not excited for the KPop Demon Hunters Cinematic Universe? I've heard they already cast Scarlett Johansson in all three starring roles.
