Which is a big deal, still. Pretty massive break with the diplomatic line and really fucks over Ukraine. Trump and his admins just want to make money and trade with Russia, they don't care about Ukraine.
There's a reason NABU all a sudden announced that corruption investigation right as the US if forcing Ukraine's hand. I'm sure the corruption was real, but the timing and the fact that NABU was set up basically as a way for Western powers to have influence in Ukraine? Seems very calculated. NABU is not known for being good at rooting out corruption. Most Ukrainians would even agree.
