The one entry in the Food list (Zalasur) has the description “Game playthroughs with no commentary” which matches Vitekc45c’s under the Gaming section.
After visiting Zalasur’s page their description is “Videos featuring my cooking and canning adventures.”
Just skimming through the article it states the brain accounts for 2% of the body's weight and 20% of its resting metabolism. During problem solving or "effortful, goal directed tasks" it requires just 5% more over the base 20%.
I've found myself physically drained from overthinking at times and now I can start to see how real that can get.
