This is the only pad that comes to mind with the sticks in that position.
I may recall a Sega Saturn controller that had two analog sticks at the top, but those things were huge (and very likely no USB model).

Bazzite has been working so well that even the wife has converted over. It cured my distro hopping so I haven't played much attention to how other distros have been doing.
