I highly recommend Jerboa. It's made by the Lemmy devs and is available on F-droid/GitHub so I don't have to use the play store. Currently typing this from the app.

LibreWolf is awesome. I wish they had an android app, but I've been using IronFox since that's what the LibreWolf developers suggest.
There is an app on fdroid called SpamBlocker that I am using. It allows you to add spam call databases like the US's do not call list, for example. You can also do other stuff like block numbers that don't have a specific area code or that come from a specific state, etc.
