Lead gen is an EXTREMELY competitive industry from what I've seen. I spend high 6 figures a year on lead gen companies and they are all clamoring for more biz.

100k plus per month. Roofing company owner 8.5 years in. It's a grind tho I don't think I'd pick it again.
