Hi everyone, posted here around a month ago about some advice for the PCB board that controls my garage door. I got some suggestions to use a smart relay so I got a sonoff 4ch pro to trigger the opening of the garage door by using a wire in each START pin.
That works but the garage door opening/closing is continuous, also not sure where I am supposed to put the live wire to power the sonoff , I have the manual in the description of that image.
This is most likely in the programming of the Sonoff. You want it to close the contacts momentarily, not hold it closed.
Ok thanks I will try that, not sure if it will work now after short-circuiting the start pins it won't close the garage door anymore. The Time Set.P1 keeps flashing as it attempts to start
Yeah, won't work till you get that figured out.
