Gathers on the left foot then takes 2 steps. Reason it looks like a travel is that the the classic way of doing euro is gathering on the back foot then the jab( left foot here) is the 1st step, but nowadays with the gather step rules guys will gather just as they place that jab foot down, so the jab is the “0 step”
Legal in FIBA also, although refs might call it travel because it can look goofy
