How about another ecommerce store? The lockdowns are over, so can your old one make a comeback? Or try anew niche.
If I would do another it would be my own products id make but have no real budget for marketing etc plus its rare for one to take off big. No I cant make a return with that one and wouldnt really want to. it was a buying selling store. I just dont have the storage space for a tonne of stock anymore. The markets are all different. Buyer habits are different. Cost of running is a lot higher etc. Sources are drying up.dont want to have to hoard a load of stock anymore it affects your mental health a lot.
Yes, it seems to have got much harder these days.
You can store products in a fulfillment center. They do everything for you. You ship the stock to them, they store it and ship it. You have nothing to do except send them the orders once a day. Most can get the orders directly from your website so you can skip sending the orders as well.
I used to do that but they made it harder and more expensive. I dont want to do that type of business again.
That's interesting but it saved me money and made my life so much easier. But it depends what you ship. I shipped heavy items and wasable to get big bulk discounts on shipping from the fulfillment center. Also, all my stock wouldn't have fitted into my home. And finally, i still worked a 9-5, so wasn't at home to ship anyway.
I'm not sure I'd do it again though.
