Good luck getting planet fitness to allow this.
Planet fitness doesn't have fuck you money to defend this in a lawsuit. They'll comply to avoid being sued into irrelevance.
well, they down from 9 Billion Enterprise value to 4 Bil this year, but that's still pretty close to fuck you money :)
I wouldn't call that close to fuck you money. Not with today's dollar value. 4 billion is a rounding error to companies with fuck you money that regularly break the law.
