My Daughter is graduating from college this year. She is on a path to becoming a pilot. I want to get her a pilots watch, and have been looking at IWC in particular.. are those too big for young lady? What are some of your favorite pilots watches I should consider? I have a budget of about $5k

As long as it's not a 45mm+ IWC, it'll be just fine. Those are meant to be wore over cloths, and be as legible as possible. A ladies IWC defeats the point.
