8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.
9. No link shorteners.
The auto mod will contact you if a link shortener is detected, please delete your post if they are right.
10. Don't copy entire article in your post body

Good. His immigration policy should be opposed the same as Trump's, since it's identical and the courts already ruled that denying people asylum and punishing them for seeking it is illegal.
It seems very likely that this uncharacteristically conservative move was calculated to produce these results. The house won't pass any pro immigration laws, so letting the SC strike this down would let the administration essentially leave things where they were and say "can't do anything else oh well", effectively removing the topic from election discourse and putting the ball firmly in the Republican court, who won't be able to get anything past the Senate.
It's not uncharacteristic. The simpler answer is that Biden is and always has been extremely hawkish on immigration and is further to the right on many issues than even traditional Republican figures like Reagan.

Oh nice, a bill that he knew wouldn't pass. Surely that undoes his chronically awful history on immigration.
