I know that the Chinese have a bad reputation for their manufacturing practices , and for the most part there’s lots of cheap ones where quality is little more than a suggestion. However, I’ve gotten some decent ones. I’ve bought some quartz watches form the usual contender AliExpress and even some mechanical ones and I’ve been shocked by the quality of these sub $100 watches.

The cheap quality ones with horrible names are just disposable trash

Some use Japanese and Swiss movements with sapphire crystals and are very affordable

I'd love to own a watch with an ST19 someday, best looking affordable movement
