Hello Watch world, are there any watches that have similar aesthetics ? My wife is looking for something like this. My better judgment would like to find her something that is better quality. I can’t imagine this would last 20+ years. She would love gold or gold plated.
She has tired various Cartier, but I feel like I’m missing something I’m between $200 and $5000 watches of similar aesthetics.

There's a Universal Geneve watch that looks like this, can't remember the exact name of the model but vintage options are not that hard to come by.
