I’d like to buy myself a present. Right now I’m thinking the Nomos Tangente Neomatik Update, but I’m open to others. I think the Nomos just looks classy and understated, and I love the quirkiness of the date display.
I also love the Omega Railmaster. It doesn’t have a date, which I kind of feel is a requirement. And I’d get it with the denim band. It isn’t really dressy, and I’d like something I could wear with a suit on the rare occasions I dress up.
I’m also open to a Longines, but I had never heard of the brand until I joined this sub. And the brand seems…kind of mass market and not really differentiated.
The other watch I have is a Rolex Datejust in steel with the dark gray face and standard steel bracelet. I love it but don’t want another metal bracelet.
What else do people recommend I check out? Thanks!
I don’t know the Honeywell, but I hated the Nest our house came with. It was just a bunch of minor annoyances like not being able to set and indefinitely hold a temperature. I replaced it with an Ecobee.
