I thought I read these are +/- 5 seconds a month or so? I don't think they're +/- 1 second a year. I could be wrong but I believe Citizen have that crown.

Oh man, the sink.
I dunno how, but any time I wash my hands or face during the day, I'm almost guaranteed to bash my watch off the sink. Each time it happens I cringe and die inside.
It happens so often that I've had to change my approach, slow everything down and become much more deliberate.
