Hey everyone,

I recently created a website for my overseas recruiting agency: www.helpfulhires.com

I'm great at recruiting, but not so much web design.

One thing about my service is that it requires a lot of education upfront. A lot of small business owners don't realize this is a solution for their business, compared to something like SEO or marketing, which is more straight forward.

Could you review the homepage and give me your first impressions on the overall copy? What questions do you have about the process, or what questions do you have as a business owner, who is viewing this for the first time. My goal is to create new FAQs addressing these questions or revamping my copy with this feedback in mind.

Site looks nice!

One thing wasn’t clear was how to employ someone overseas, just states to pay via PayPal / Wise. Is that acceptable in the Philippines? And how do you ensure talent doesn’t leave after short period of time? If they do, so do you help replace at lower cost?
