It's honestly embarrassing to see professional players pull this stuff
If you get tapped on the nose when you don't expect it, you can easily get thrown off. Don't think it's a flop at all, but not a foul either
It looks like he gets lightly tapped on the nose. Noses hurt
They do it because the refs reward this behavior.
