You have to wonder what the thought process behind this is. What is he hoping to achieve? And before people say 'there is no thought process', you're giving racists too much credit, that guy is clearly in control of his actions.

That's it. It's not like this guy planned this out on a spreadsheet, it's impulsive, emotional behaviour.
