Fifa:

  1. Award WC2030 to three continents with some dumb reasoning that everyone hates.
  2. Only accept applications from Oceania and Asia for WC2034 with a tight deadline, knowing only SA will apply
  3. no ... needed
  4. Profit

And nobody can claim the awarding was corrupt as they had no other choice than to give it to SA.

I'm still holding out hope that Japan and S.Korea can get a joint bid together. But who are we kidding, FIFA want that oil money more than anything. If they could scrap the rules and just have the middle east become a permanent host of the competition every time they would.

Why would they do that? Does FIFA pose a danger against US interests? If Americans does that, people all over the world will hate them even more.
