It would be stupid for him to not take the proper time rehabbing the injury, just to come back too soon and blow it out again. Why would the Jets organization want that? Not to mention that he will be gassed by the 2nd quarter. When you play fatigued you're even more susceptible to injury. I don't see any upside to this at all.
