If isn't wasn't for that injury, I think he would have been a HOF and why is he not in the league now?

he def had hof talent and could have gotten there if he really wanted to but I think whatever you want to call it, personality/IQ/work ethic/temper would have gotten in the way of him reaching his true potential.

He was easily the best center in the NBA before his Achilles injury, he was scoring at will similar to how we see Jokic dominate with his scoring; post game, pick and roll, face up and go off the dribble, pull up threes and middies, scoring off the dribble in traffic. He was a monster.. I really thought him and AD we’re going to destroy the NBA when they got paired up in NO

Nah. Dude was super inefficient for a big guy. Talented and very mobile for a Center, but that's exactly what fooled people into thinking he's better than he was.

He's never had a FG% over 50% in his whole career, and I can't think of any other time I've seen a Center with a FG% under 50% for just one season. He's probably one of the worst high-volume scorers the position has ever seen.
