I’d generally steer clear of Panasonic based on past experience of their voice products. If you just need a SIP handset, pick up a used Polycom VVX from EBay for dirt cheap.

Panasonic doesn't make VoIP phones anymore (thankfully).
For your home phone just pick one that meets what you need from walmart and plug it into an ATA.
