TenForward: Where Every Vulcan Knows Your Name
/c/TenForward: Your home-away-from-home for all things Star Trek!
Re-route power to the shields, emit a tachyon pulse through the deflector, and post all the nonsense you want. Within reason of course.
~ 1. No bigotry. This is a Star Trek community. Remember that diversity and coexistence are Star Trek values. Any post/comments that are racist, anti-LGBT, or generally "othering" of a group will result in removal/ban.
~ 2. Keep it civil. Disagreements will happen both on lore and preferences. That's okay! Just don't let it make you forget that the person you are talking to is also a person.
~ 3. Use spoiler tags.
Use spoiler tags in comments, and NSFW checkbox for posts.
This applies to any episodes that have dropped within 3 months prior of your posting. After that it's free game.
~ 4. Keep it Trek related. This one is kind of a gimme but keep as on topic as possible.
~ 5. Keep posts to a limit. We all love Star Trek stuff but 3-4 posts in an hour is plenty enough.
~ 6. Try to not repost. Mistakes happen, we get it! But try to not repost anything from within the past 1-2 months.
~ 7. No General AI Art. Posts of simple AI art do not 'inspire jamaharon'
~ 8. No Political Upheaval. Political commentary is allowed, but please keep discussions civil. Read here for our community's expectations.
Fun will now commence.

Me watching Section 31: Oh, cool. A Deltan character!

Aaand she's gone.
From what I can tell, the closest thing that Tellarites have to a main cast spot is Nus Braka , the recurring "Klingarite" (Klingon-Tellarite hybrid) main antagonist in Starfleet Academy, played by Paul Giamatti.
As was pointed out, I spaced on Jankom Pog from Prodigy.

Main cast, but still kindof a secondary character. I think he got 1 episode focus.
Funnily enough, John Putsch played both Benzites on TNG (Mordock in Coming Of Age & Mendon in A Matter Of Honor). So, technically he did get a callback.
Since the prosthetics were already shaped to him, that makes sense.
There's also an appearance in LD.

There was also Hoya on DS9 S5E02 (The Ship).

Without a breathing apparatus, though? How odd.
My head canon is that when at a station, the computer can project a bubble force field for officers with specific atmospheric conditions.
I know. It cought me off-guard as well.
Ohhh so that joke about Wesley mistaking him for Mordock has an extra layer of humor to it 🙃
This post is Jankom Pog erasure.
My apologies. Some of the blame should fall on Paramount for not keeping all of Trek available.
You see, the crazier-looking the species, the more you have to spend on the makeup department
Andorians aren't too taxing. Shran was slated to become a series regular in the proposed season 5.
If Mot had been in charge, the federation would never have colonized so close to Cardassia.
Mot is wise. He trims the hair of everyone on the ship and overhears all goings on.
