A place to politely discuss the tools, technique and culture of photography.

This is not a good place to simply share cool photos/videos or promote your own work and projects, but rather a place to discuss photography as an art and post things that would be of interest to other photographers.

I mean not photos where the sun appears or we see sky etc…

I’m referring for example to a pic took at home and the light from the window hitting the wall tells who is looking that it was took during the day, another example, took a photo of a face and the light from the window hits the face and tells it is day but not directly showing the window or sky for reference.

So basically I think it would be a light/balance/curve editing… Anyone has a link of a tutorial about it, preferably for mobile. Thanks!!

Of course, you see it in most films and TV shows, this approach is called shooting Day For Night and comes down to a combination of your lighting setup and post processing.
