Hot take, Wiseman is going to be really good
—
I think everyone may have overthought this. he's a fucking freak of nature, you don't need game-tape to show that.

Good call. Lots of Giannis comps on this thread, but that's not quite it. I mentioned Orlando Shaq, but this is maybe even better

Warriors drafted Curry after the Timberwolves passed up on him (twice).
Warriors drafted Wiseman after the Timberwolves passed up on him.
There might be a trend here.

That’s my future MVP

Imagine thinking Anthony Edwards is better than this guy

“DeAndre Jordan with a slightly better jumper”
My favorite is the guys mocking the Deandre Jordan and Javale comps. Wiseman isn’t even as good as those guys. What a bust
Hot take:
He’ll develop well…be a solid contributor…and maybe even flourish and live up to some of his potential with another team.
No matter how you spin it, he obviously didn’t mesh well with both the warriors and their coaching staff/philosophy.
That doesn’t just eliminate the talent and potential that he has.
did you not watch him this preseason?
even our dereck lively is probably better than him already. Wiseman still can't set a fucking screen, Lively already squares his body properly and recognizes when to do brush and slip screens for the ball handler.
Clearly he has talent but talent can’t always make up for being absolutely lost on an NBA court
I would be surprised if you’re right but the guy clearly does not have an instinctual understanding of how to leverage the talent he has. More often guys like that end up being busts
Nope. Maybe uf he dudnt have thhe braun of a stego saurus itd be fune
