He had that crazy run where he scored 40+ three games in a row. He went back down to earth after that (dropped 40 again at the end of the season tho) so it seemed kind of flukey but now he’s killing it again to start this season so it seems he might actually be for real. Hard to have multiple stretches of dominance and have both be a fluke

Is he an actually elite scorer? Or is he one of those highly variable scorers that are more suited to be a 6th man

i think it's 80% legit, and the nets should and have the personel to play like the 2017 Celtics. No way Thomas is so big of a balckhole on defense that a team with Ben Simmons, Mikal Bridges and Claxton is below average defensively. And they clearly lack scoring.
