Certainly an interesting group of names here. By my count there's at least 8 guys here who were considered controversial or a part of a scandal or negative news story.

Incognito has no reason to be considered for the HOF. I don’t care if he was serviceable for the Raiders, he was a continuously dirty player. And then he wasted a roster spot and money after his injury. Keep him AHT

PFR's HoF monitor has him at 34.5. The average HoF guard is 105.71. He isn't even in the running.
