I know most of the players aren't playing anywhere near their potential with Curry carrying them like his life depended on it. But even if they all did better, is it still a championship team?

Until they are officially eliminated, I won't count them out.

Agreed. The Warriors in the playoffs will strike fear in my heart until if & when the clock strikes 0:00 and they are officially eliminated

That is also the official disposition of the league. They will be assumed to not have been eliminated until they are.
