He smokes these opportunities a bit too often for my liking, normally because he tries to go straight toward the rim instead of going off glass. Would love to see him make that adjustment (or just yam it) at some point.

Sorry, it make look better on another angle, but how much did Steph actually do there? (Other than maybe just foul him?). It's not like he was actively pushing Vic out position or keeping him from getting to the basket.

It's just a sign of how raw Wemby is offensively, which shouldn't surprise anybody - both from a skill point of view, but also from an awareness pov. Vic obviously has a lot to improve in his post game (in fact almost all areas offensively), but even without that he should be able to recognise that can probably just go straight over Steph and force his way in for a dunk rather than try and finesse. That should all come along with work and experience/maturity.
