The assists are the most surprising thing to me. Playmaking was something he was just okay at for most of his career. We know he can rebound and score the ball efficiently.
A lot of it is that everyone he is passing out of double teams to can shoot, when you're kicking out to Devin Booker, Grayson Allen, Eric Gordon, Yuta Watanabe, a lot of those doubles turn into threes.
That said he does have a pretty good knack for hitting the roll man when he sees heavy pressure in pick and roll, I think Eubanks in particular has been feasting off of those looks.
