This ain’t meant to shit on Booker in the slightest because he’s also proven himself to be a capable number one, but the takes from early in the season when people were claiming Book was the guy and better than KD were insane

Book has been hurt though
I should've known better, but since KD got here, Booker had been unstoppable. Booker has to work way harder for his shot though, so there was no way its sustainable
aging like fine wine
Nothing but buckets
Wtf shooting like a god and that’s only stephs season avg? The fuck…
wut? KD is 2nd in scoring right now..
One of the deadliest shooters of all time
Fun to watch when KD, Curry, Bron are all doing good. Hope they figure on the MVP leaderboard and we see some generational MVP race this season
He's unreal. Epic numbers
The assists are the most surprising thing to me. Playmaking was something he was just okay at for most of his career. We know he can rebound and score the ball efficiently.
A lot of it is that everyone he is passing out of double teams to can shoot, when you're kicking out to Devin Booker, Grayson Allen, Eric Gordon, Yuta Watanabe, a lot of those doubles turn into threes.
That said he does have a pretty good knack for hitting the roll man when he sees heavy pressure in pick and roll, I think Eubanks in particular has been feasting off of those looks.
