Hey I have been listening to business podcasts for a while but I never feel that I have found the right one or one that fills my need for learning.

Back ground for me I run a rope access company that works in the industrial and commercial sectors. We do facades , building maintenance , construction and shut-down work for small and medium scale projects in Australia. We are a niche market so alot of the podcast are not so relatable for me .

Any recommendations with out all the banter , I like a direct delivery none of this " Hey how's the kids and your weekend go " it drives me nuts with all the chit chat .

What do you want to learn? Maybe a book or a course would be better than a podcast?
