I'm not at all excusing what he's done if he's done it, just providing a possibility. From the evidence, it looks like they met at a club (21+) and then went home together. Again, not saying that's still not bad, but the mistake can make a lot more sense if you met in a situation where everyone is legally supposed to be 21 or older.

While you are right I find it interesting that people want use nuance with this situation but when others players are accused of similar things, its straight up guilt with zero nuance. Wonder why....smh

Is are you implying something to do with race here? Because Kobe doesn’t get 💩 for his relationship when it is proven… sure, some people do give him it. But the vast majority do not… so how is this a race thing?
