Jesus Christ did you guys not watch the special or something? Ripping on woke culture is just as lazy as woke culture.

Using Cartman for this role—as well as many others throughout its history—South Park gets to take direct shots at one side of an issue, while skewering people who agree with him so passionately because he’s meant to be the biggest asshole of all time.
It’s similar to that Kevin Smith Q&A where a college student tried to put him on blast for pushing the “all lesbians need a good, deep dicking to turn them back to men”. Failing to see the humor comes from both the wildly explicit and off-base phrasing AND that it comes from Banky, the crass asshole for every step of the movie.
