How much value does the IST hold in most NBA fans eyes? Should the winner of the IST have a parade for winning the championship? Hang a banner? I’m curious what people think.

Parade? Hell no. And that is from a team that hasn't won anything since the ABA days. Ceremony before the next home game with extra fanfare that I'll actually attend, instead of rolling from a bar 5 minutes before the tip? Absolutely! Banner? Idk, maybe.
