Just found this funky montres Allison at a thrift store for 7$ I’m all over cheap and quirky watches so exciting find, quick google search reveals interesting history behind this brand but seems they’ve moved to higher end tourbillon movements/cases. Seems like earlier models were cheap “Frankenstein” builds with various cheap parts. Any info on it’s appreciated, don’t care what it’s worth but if anyone knows what movements inside/where it was made it would be much appreciated!

It is a cool looking watch, wish I could find cheap and interesting watches in my local thrift stores

I normally find no name quartz watches if any at all, so to find a unique automatic and an older pulsar was a win in my book!

Never I have I ever, thrifted a quartz watch that worked, which includes a Pulsar. I can relate.
