Seems totally unnecessary to announce to the team.
Also surprised more marriages don’t end up in failure during a players or coaches career. You are away from the family almost half the year. . It’s sure to cause strain in a relationship regardless of infidelity.
divorce is massive life-changing event. could also be a sign for people to relax if he isn't able to commit to certain things or is acting a certain way.
