The article mentions that but I'm guessing you can't comment without logging in so it will cut down on harassment?

But you could already ban people from stream chat (or is there another "comment" function on twitch?).

Honestly, I have no idea. I only ever really use twitch to watch Kitboga, and the vibe there is usually pretty chill so I've never thought about how streamers have to deal with harassment.
