I would be absolutely shocked if only 127,000 New Yorkers were the victims of wage theft. It's not only drastically underreported, but a lot of people seem to take pride in giving their employers free labor.

Where are the grifter cons now? Last time they were in the comments saying it's baaad to work more hours if finish early...
