I did this a while, got fed up with not having any new music, got myself Tidal through Plex. You can use Tidal with Plexamp and you get a small discount when you get Tidal through Plex.

@Vinny_93 @plex 3/4 of family won’t move from Spotify so unless I double up on subs I’m back where I started with Apple and Spotify. Good tip though and I will have a look.
