Yeah, that was probably canceled for different reasons. Meanwhile Disney steams ahead with its 4k Blu-Ray remaster of Song of the South.
They're doing the remaster? I had no idea.
I'm sure it was a joke about the current social climate in the US. But for all lovers of dull, mediocre, moderately offensive movies, the good news is you only have to wait a short 16 years for a copy. Its copyright expires in 2041.
Oh. Yeah I looked it up and there's actually a fan 4K restoration of Song Of The South on Archive.org.
Well for what it's worth Gone With The Wind is one of my favorite classic movies so maybe I'm in that same boat. Just got the Blu-Ray before the Mexico tariffs hit.
